Bootleggers is located at 157 Granby Street in down-town Norfolk. Expect to be served by a cowgirl in cowboy-boots and short-shorts. You are guaranteed that you will love the food there, much like the Havana, Maxwell's, and other fine restaurants that Tommy Arney had owned before. Please keep them posted, it will be frequented by many country-western stars very shortly. By the way, I painted all those pictures on the walls.
